Probl\u00e9my s jednotliv\u00fdmi sou\u010d\u00e1stkami re\u00e1ln\u00e9ho zapojen\u00ed budou pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b popisov\u00e1ny v \u010dl\u00e1nku o m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed. Sou\u010d\u00e1stky v modelu jsou vybr\u00e1ny z aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed knihovny LTspice, neodpov\u00eddaj\u00ed realit\u011b. C\u00edlem je, ov\u011b\u0159it z\u00e1kladn\u00ed principy a naj\u00edt potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed probl\u00e9my.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ok2jnj.ok2kld.cz\/ok2jnj\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/simulace.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-684\" src=\"https:\/\/ok2jnj.ok2kld.cz\/ok2jnj\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/simulace.png\" alt=\"simulace\" width=\"1320\" height=\"1026\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ok2jnj.ok2kld.cz\/ok2jnj\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/simulace.png 1320w, https:\/\/ok2jnj.ok2kld.cz\/ok2jnj\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/simulace-150x117.png 150w, https:\/\/ok2jnj.ok2kld.cz\/ok2jnj\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/simulace-353x274.png 353w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1320px) 100vw, 1320px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nap\u00e1jec\u00ed transform\u00e1tor V1 bude m\u00edt v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m zapojen\u00ed odbo\u010dku p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b v polovin\u011b vinut\u00ed. Ta bude p\u0159ipojov\u00e1na pomoc\u00ed rel\u00e9. V diskusi je zmi\u0148ov\u00e1na mo\u017enost p\u0159ipojov\u00e1n\u00ed pomoc\u00ed triak\u016f, mo\u017en\u00e1 by to st\u00e1lo za testov\u00e1n\u00ed a hran\u00ed si. Ale nem\u016f\u017eeme si hr\u00e1t se v\u0161\u00edm, p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 bychom oddalovali dokon\u010den\u00ed stavby. Tak\u017ee mnoho v\u011bc\u00ed ve zdroji bude kompromisem, nebo \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm navr\u017een\u00fdm podle aktu\u00e1ln\u00edch v\u011bdomost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Regulovan\u00fd v\u00fdkon je kv\u016fli lep\u0161\u00edmu rozveden\u00ed tepla po chladi\u010di rozd\u011blen do \u010dtve\u0159ice v\u00fdkonov\u00fdch tranzistor\u016f. Tranzistory v zapojen\u00ed se spole\u010dn\u00fdm kolektorem pracuj\u00ed jako zesilova\u010d proudu. Jsou nap\u00e1jeny dvojic\u00ed tranzistor\u016f Q5 a Q6 pro dosa\u017een\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00edho zes\u00edlen\u00ed. Tranzistor Q7 slou\u017e\u00ed jako proudov\u00e1 ochrana v\u00fdkonov\u00fdch tranzistor\u016f. Za\u010dne se otev\u00edrat, kdy\u017e je na rezistorech R1 &#8211; R4 cca 0,5V a t\u00edm omez\u00ed proud do b\u00e1ze tranzistoru Q6.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Proud pro b\u00e1zi tranzistoru Q6 je z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1n z pomocn\u00e9ho zdroje V3, p\u0159es rezistor R15. Zem pomocn\u00e9ho zdroje je spojena s kladnou v\u00fdstupn\u00ed svorkou zdroje, tak\u017ee k otev\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdstupn\u00edch tranzistor\u016f nen\u00ed pot\u0159eba moc velk\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed. Regulovan\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt mnohem v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e je mezn\u00ed nap\u00e1jec\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00fdch opera\u010dn\u00edch zesilova\u010d\u016f. Proud do b\u00e1ze Q6 je \u0159\u00edzen sou\u010dtem proud\u016f z opera\u010dn\u00edch zesilova\u010d\u016f.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Diody D6 &#8211; D9 chr\u00e1n\u00ed vstupy zesilova\u010de, kondenz\u00e1tor C5 zrychluje reakci regul\u00e1toru, ale zp\u016fsobuje rozkmit\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Rezistor R20 je pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n pro \u010dty\u0159vodi\u010dov\u00e9 m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed &#8211; nakonec nebylo pou\u017eito.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Regul\u00e1tor nap\u011bt\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Opera\u010dn\u00ed zesilova\u010d U1 \u0159\u00edd\u00ed v\u00fdstupn\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed zdroje. Jde o diferenci\u00e1ln\u00ed zesilova\u010d, kter\u00fd se sna\u017e\u00ed sv\u00fdm v\u00fdstupem dos\u00e1hnout rovnov\u00e1hy na sv\u00fdch vstupech: kdy\u017e je rozd\u00edl nap\u011bt\u00ed na vstupech kladn\u00fd, nap\u011bt\u00ed na v\u00fdstupu se zvy\u0161uje. Kdy\u017e je rozd\u00edl na vstupech z\u00e1porn\u00fd, na invertuj\u00edc\u00edm vstupu je v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed, ne\u017e na neinvertuj\u00edc\u00edm, nap\u011bt\u00ed na v\u00fdstupu se sni\u017euje. Nap\u011bt\u00ed na v\u00fdstupu se ust\u00e1l\u00ed v okam\u017eiku, kdy je na obou vstupech stejn\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na invertuj\u00edc\u00ed vstup je p\u0159ipojen kladn\u00fd p\u00f3l zdroje, v n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed \u00favaze 0 volt\u016f. Na kladn\u00fd vstup opera\u010dn\u00edho zesilova\u010de je p\u0159ivedeno nap\u011bt\u00ed ze z\u00e1porn\u00e9 svorky zdroje p\u0159es R21 a nap\u011bt\u00ed z referen\u010dn\u00edho zdroje p\u0159es R19. Odpor rezistor\u016f je v pom\u011bru 10\/1. Tak\u017ee kdy\u017e na referen\u010dn\u00edm zdroji V2 (v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m zapojen\u00ed potenciometr nebo DA p\u0159evodn\u00edk) bude nap\u0159. 1,2V, opera\u010dn\u00ed zesilova\u010d za\u010dne zvy\u0161ovat nap\u011bt\u00ed na sv\u00e9m v\u00fdstupu. Nap\u011bt\u00ed bude zes\u00edleno v\u00fdkonov\u00fdmi tranzistory a za\u010dne r\u016fst nap\u011bt\u00ed na svork\u00e1ch zdroje. Pro na\u0161i \u00favahu za\u010dne klesat nap\u011bt\u00ed na z\u00e1porn\u00e9 svorce zdroje v\u016f\u010di potenci\u00e1lu 0V na kladn\u00e9 svorce. Z\u00e1porn\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed z R21 bude vyrovn\u00e1vat kladn\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed z R19. Zapojen\u00ed se ust\u00e1l\u00ed ve stavu, kdy pom\u011br nap\u011bt\u00ed bude stejn\u00fd jako pom\u011br odpor\u016f, to je +1,2V \/ -12V. Na v\u00fdstupn\u00edch svork\u00e1ch bude 12V a na obou vstupech opera\u010dn\u00edho zesilova\u010de bude 0V. Zdroj se ust\u00e1l\u00ed. Pokud se zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed odb\u011br proudu ze zdroje, zvedne se nap\u011bt\u00ed na kladn\u00e9m vstupu opera\u010dn\u00edho zesilova\u010de, kter\u00fd odchylku zes\u00edl\u00ed a zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed proud do b\u00e1ze Q6. Zdroj se znovu ust\u00e1l\u00ed na 12V.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Opera\u010dn\u00ed zesilova\u010d sv\u00fdm v\u00fdstupem velmi rychle reaguje na zm\u011bny kter\u00e9 jsou na jeho vstupech. V\u00fdkonov\u00e9 tranzistory jsou mnohem pomalej\u0161\u00ed, tak\u017ee se regula\u010dn\u00ed smy\u010dka rozkmit\u00e1v\u00e1. Kmit\u00e1n\u00ed je omezov\u00e1no z\u00e1pornou zp\u011btnou vazbou, to je kondenz\u00e1tor C6. Ta ale zpomaluje rychlost reakce obvodu na zm\u011bnu odb\u011bru proudu. Tak\u017ee je nutno volbou kondenz\u00e1tor\u016f hledat kompromis mezi kladnou a z\u00e1pornou zp\u011btnou vazbou zesilova\u010de tak, aby byla rychlost reakce co nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed a p\u0159itom se obvod nerozkmital.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Regul\u00e1tor proudu<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V\u00fdstupn\u00ed proud je sledov\u00e1n na rezistoru R24. Nap\u011bt\u00ed z n\u011bj je zesilov\u00e1no opera\u010dn\u00edm zesilova\u010dem U2. Tady je velk\u00e9 t\u00e9ma k diskusi, jak obvod zapojit. Pou\u017e\u00edt speci\u00e1ln\u00ed obvod ur\u010den\u00fd k m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed na bo\u010dn\u00edku, nebo opera\u010dn\u00ed zesilova\u010d s pevn\u011b nastaven\u00fdm zes\u00edlen\u00edm? My se rozhodli pou\u017e\u00edt zapojen\u00ed s oby\u010dejn\u00fdm precizn\u00edm zesilova\u010dem. No a kolem n\u011bj vybrat dvojice rezistor\u016f se stejn\u00fdm odporem (dvojice R25, R26 a dvojice R27 a R28). Ve star\u00e9m zdroji s MAA723 to bylo zdrojem velk\u00fdch probl\u00e9m\u016f, tehdy jsem pou\u017eil uhl\u00edkov\u00e9 rezistory. Tady budou pou\u017eity metalizovan\u00e9 SMD rezistory, tak\u017ee by m\u011blo b\u00fdt mo\u017en\u00e9 dos\u00e1hnout dobr\u00fdch parametr\u016f.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Opera\u010dn\u00ed zesilova\u010d U3 je zapojen jeko kompar\u00e1tor. Porovn\u00e1v\u00e1 nap\u011bt\u00ed z bo\u010dn\u00edku R24 s nap\u011bt\u00edm z reference V6 (v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m zapojen\u00ed potenciometr nebo DA p\u0159evodn\u00edk). Pokud je na referenci V6 nastaveno v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed, ne\u017e jde ze zesilova\u010de U2, bude na v\u00fdstupu kompar\u00e1toru U3 kladn\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed. To neprojde p\u0159es diodu D11, tak\u017ee stav zdroje je ovliv\u0148ov\u00e1n jenom regul\u00e1torem nap\u011bt\u00ed &#8211; obvod je ve stavu &#8222;zdroj nap\u011bt\u00ed&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kdy\u017e je ze zdroje odeb\u00edr\u00e1n v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed proud ne\u017e odpov\u00edd\u00e1 hodnot\u011b nastaven\u00e9 na referenci V6, bude na v\u00fdstupu kompar\u00e1toru U3 z\u00e1porn\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed. To projde p\u0159es diodu D11 a za\u010dne zav\u00edrat v\u00fdkonov\u00e9 tranzistory. Nap\u011bt\u00ed na v\u00fdstupn\u00edch svork\u00e1ch klesne a proud bude odpov\u00eddat tomu, co je nastaveno na referenci V6. Obvod je ve stavu &#8222;zdroj produ&#8220;. Probl\u00e9m je, \u017ee tohle se bude rozkmit\u00e1vat je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edc, ne\u017e nap\u011b\u0165ov\u00fd regul\u00e1tor. Jako blokovac\u00ed kondenz\u00e1tor je pou\u017eit C9.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zapojen\u00ed na univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed desce plo\u0161n\u00fdch spoj\u016f<\/h2>\n<p>Pou\u017eil jsem zesilova\u010de OP07, bez chladi\u010d\u016f nebudu zkou\u0161et moc velkou z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e. Rozkmit\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed nap\u011b\u0165ov\u00e9ho regul\u00e1toru zp\u016fsobuje \u0161um 30mV na v\u00fdstupn\u00edch svork\u00e1ch. Proudov\u00fd regul\u00e1tor kmit\u00e1 200mV p\u0159i z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ei 100mA. Celkov\u011b to na nic nen\u00ed, odpory ve zp\u011btn\u00fdch vazb\u00e1ch \u0161um\u00ed. Prototyp analogov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti zdroje bude na oboustrann\u00e9 desce plo\u0161n\u00fdch spoj\u016f a budou pou\u017eity SMD rezistory. Tak\u017ee \u0161um obvodu by m\u011bl b\u00fdt mnohem men\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ok2jnj.ok2kld.cz\/ok2jnj\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/old_zdroj3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-692\" src=\"https:\/\/ok2jnj.ok2kld.cz\/ok2jnj\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/old_zdroj3-366x274.jpg\" alt=\"old_zdroj3\" width=\"366\" height=\"274\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ok2jnj.ok2kld.cz\/ok2jnj\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/old_zdroj3-366x274.jpg 366w, https:\/\/ok2jnj.ok2kld.cz\/ok2jnj\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/old_zdroj3-150x113.jpg 150w, https:\/\/ok2jnj.ok2kld.cz\/ok2jnj\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/old_zdroj3.jpg 1599w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 366px) 100vw, 366px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Z\u00e1v\u011br<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S pou\u017eit\u00fdm zapojen\u00edm dle modelu v LTspice by m\u011blo b\u00fdt mo\u017en\u00e9 dos\u00e1hnout o\u010dek\u00e1van\u00fdch parametr\u016f:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Regulace nap\u011bt\u00ed 16-ti bitov\u00fdm p\u0159evodn\u00edkem po 1mV od minim\u00e1ln\u00edho nastaviteln\u00e9ho nap\u011bt\u00ed 100mV do 50V nebo podle pou\u017eit\u00e9ho trafa.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Regulace proudu 16-ti bitov\u00fdm p\u0159evodn\u00edkem po 1mA s t\u00edm, \u017ee pomoc\u00ed rel\u00e9 budeme p\u0159ep\u00ednat zes\u00edlen\u00ed obvodu U2 a t\u00edm se dostaneme k lep\u0161\u00ed citlivosti.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kmit\u00e1n\u00ed opera\u010dn\u00edch zesilova\u010d\u016f je mo\u017eno blokovat navr\u017een\u00fdmi kondenz\u00e1tory + p\u0159idat kondenz\u00e1tor mezi vstupy OZ.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pomoc\u00ed rel\u00e9 p\u0159ep\u00ednat kapacitu v\u00fdstupn\u00edho filtru C7.
