Michal se v\u011bnuje sp\u00ed\u0161 hardwarov\u00e9 str\u00e1nce, j\u00e1 budu popisovat v\u011bt\u0161inou programov\u00e1n\u00ed. Seri\u00e1l \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f jsme zah\u00e1jili s t\u00edm, \u017ee prototyp sestaven\u00fd na za\u010d\u00e1tku roku 2015 funguje. Tak\u017ee je velk\u00e1 nad\u011bje, \u017ee dojdeme do konce. I kdy\u017e zat\u00edm jsou to jen desky plo\u0161n\u00fdch spoj\u016f, kter\u00e9 le\u017e\u00ed na stole bez krabi\u010dky a bez barevn\u00e9ho displeje. Stav\u011bl jsem jej po maturit\u011b, n\u011bkdy v devades\u00e1t\u00fdch letech minul\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed. P\u0159i stavb\u011b nov\u00e9ho zdroje bychom se cht\u011bli s parametry zdroje dostat o kus d\u00e1l, odstranit tyto nedostatky star\u00e9ho zdroje:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nap\u011bt\u00ed bude mo\u017en\u00e9 regulovat od n\u011bkolika desetin voltu, do 50V. MAA723 umo\u017e\u0148uje regulaci p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b od 2V do max. nap\u00e1jec\u00edho nap\u011bt\u00ed stabiliz\u00e1toru 35V.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Proud bude mo\u017en\u00e9 regulovat od jednotek miliamp\u00e9r do 5A. Bude pou\u017eit dost velk\u00fd chladi\u010d a p\u0159ep\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed sekund\u00e1rn\u00edch vinut\u00ed v\u00fdkonov\u00e9ho transform\u00e1toru, aby nedoch\u00e1zelo k p\u0159eh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u0159echod mezi zdrojem nap\u011bt\u00ed a proudu bude strm\u00fd, kmit\u00e1n\u00ed v re\u017eimu zdroje proudu bychom cht\u011bli omezit na jednotky milivolt.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kmit\u00e1n\u00ed a \u0161um v re\u017eimu zdroje nap\u011bt\u00ed na v\u00fdstupn\u00edch svork\u00e1ch sn\u00ed\u017eit na jednotky milivolt.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mikroprocesor umo\u017en\u00ed komfortn\u00ed ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm rota\u010dn\u00edch kod\u00e9r\u016f.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nelinearita pou\u017eit\u00fdch obvod\u016f bude kompenzov\u00e1na softwarov\u011b.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bude mo\u017eno vypo\u010d\u00edtat a na displeji zobrazit dopl\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed \u00fadaje, v\u00fdkon, pr\u016fm\u011bry nam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch hodnot atd.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zdroj \u0159\u00edzen\u00fd procesorem bude mo\u017eno naprogramovat do re\u017eimu nab\u00edje\u010dka akumul\u00e1tor\u016f &#8211; VA charakteristiky, detekce nabit\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Procesor bude schopen zaznamen\u00e1vat pr\u016fb\u011bh nap\u011bt\u00ed, proudu, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b teplot p\u0159i dlouhodob\u011bj\u0161\u00edm m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Program procesoru bude schopen vytvo\u0159it pulsy r\u016fzn\u00fdch tvar\u016f.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u0159i n\u00e1vrhu analogov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti jsme pro inspiraci pou\u017eili sch\u00e9ma z diskuse na serveru <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/svetelektro.com\/Forum\/laboratorny-zdroj-0-60v-5a-t25263.html\">svetelektro.com<\/a><\/span>.\u00a0V diskusi je spousta n\u00e1pad\u016f, ale nen\u00ed z\u0159ejm\u00e9, jak to cel\u00e9 dopadlo. My zkus\u00edme vz\u00edt pro za\u010d\u00e1tek zapojen\u00ed a postupn\u011b ho zpracovat do n\u011b\u010deho, co bude fungovat. Zapojen\u00ed jsme vybrali hlavn\u011b proto, \u017ee DA p\u0159evodn\u00edky maj\u00ed spole\u010dnou zem, tak\u017ee je mo\u017eno pou\u017e\u00edt dvoukan\u00e1lov\u00fd DA p\u0159evodn\u00edk. Jeden kan\u00e1l p\u0159evodn\u00edku \u0159\u00edd\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed, druh\u00fd proud. Dal\u0161\u00edm d\u016fvodem k volb\u011b tohoto zapojen\u00ed je to, \u017ee v\u00fdstupn\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e nap\u00e1jec\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed opera\u010dn\u00edch zesilova\u010d\u016f. Nev\u00fdhodou pou\u017eit\u00e9ho zapojen\u00ed je zp\u016fsob m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed proudu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zdroj bude sestavov\u00e1n dle aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed dostupnosti sou\u010d\u00e1stek a hlavn\u011b na\u0161ich v\u011bdomost\u00ed kolem nich. Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed je amat\u00e9rskou stavbou, kde chceme vyzkou\u0161et na\u0161e schopnosti p\u0159i n\u00e1vrhu hardware, odlad\u011bn\u00ed regula\u010dn\u00edch smy\u010dek a programov\u00e1n\u00ed u\u017eivatelsk\u00e9ho rozhran\u00ed. <strong>S\u00e9rie \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f nen\u00ed ch\u00e1p\u00e1na jako stavebn\u00ed n\u00e1vod, sp\u00ed\u0161 jako stavebn\u00ed den\u00edk s popisem n\u00e1pad\u016f a chyb kter\u00e9 stavbu prov\u00e1z\u00ed.<\/strong> P\u0159itom je pot\u0159eba pr\u00e1ci na zdroji za\u010dlenit do pracovn\u00edch a rodinn\u00fdch povinnost\u00ed, tak\u017ee to nep\u016fjde tak rychle jako v\u00fdrobky na st\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161kole. S n\u00e1vrhem jsme za\u010dali v roce 2013 a na konci roku 2015 jsme ve f\u00e1zi funk\u010dn\u00edho vzorku &#8211; propojen\u00e9 desky na stole, bez krabi\u010dky. Dokon\u010den\u00ed bude trvat je\u0161t\u011b n\u011bkolik let. Na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b nem\u00e1me finan\u010dn\u00ed rozpo\u010det omezen\u00fd tolik, jako na st\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161kole.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u0159i \u00favah\u00e1ch o cen\u011b sou\u010d\u00e1stek, hlavn\u011b pou\u017eit\u00fdch DA p\u0159evodn\u00edk\u016f, procesoru a displeje jsme postupovali n\u00e1sledovn\u011b: Cena v\u00edceot\u00e1\u010dkov\u00e9ho potenciometru pro \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed je srovnateln\u00e1 s cenou 16-ti bitov\u00e9ho, dvojkan\u00e1lov\u00e9ho DA p\u0159evodn\u00edku. M\u011b\u0159idla a displeje by byly pot\u0159eba i p\u0159i analogov\u00e9m \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed zdroje. Tak\u017ee cenov\u00fd rozd\u00edl n\u00e1mi pou\u017eit\u00e9ho digit\u00e1ln\u00edho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s \u0159\u00edzen\u00edm \u010dist\u011b analogov\u00e9ho zdroje je tvo\u0159en pouze cenou procesoru a TFT displeje.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 parametry a my\u0161lenky vedouc\u00ed k pou\u017eit\u00e9mu \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dva navz\u00e1jem galvanicky odd\u011blen\u00e9 zdroje zabudovan\u00e9 do jedn\u00e9 sk\u0159\u00ed\u0148ky. Analogov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti zdroj\u016f budou osazen\u00e9 na dvojici stejn\u00fdch desek pl. spoj\u016f. Deska bude navr\u017eena tak, aby maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed pou\u017eiteln\u00e9 parametry byly 50V \/ 5A. Konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed parametry budou ur\u010deny podle pou\u017eit\u00e9ho transform\u00e1toru, v\u00fdkonov\u00fdch prvk\u016f osazen\u00fdch na desce, rezistor\u016f nap\u011b\u0165ov\u00fdch d\u011bli\u010d\u016f a proudov\u00e9ho bo\u010dn\u00edku.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Velk\u00fd maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdkon zdroje vyb\u00edz\u00ed k pou\u017eit\u00ed pulsn\u00ed p\u0159edregulace. P\u0159inutit pulsn\u00ed regul\u00e1tor k pr\u00e1ci v tak velk\u00e9m proudov\u00e9m a nap\u011b\u0165ov\u00e9m rozsahu, jak m\u00e1 m\u00edt navrhovan\u00fd zdroj je velmi obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9. Proto jsme se rozhodli, \u017ee pou\u017eijeme pouze line\u00e1rn\u00ed regulaci \u0159\u00edzenou DA p\u0159evodn\u00edkem. \u00daspory ztr\u00e1tov\u00e9ho v\u00fdkonu na chladi\u010di v\u00fdkonov\u00fdch tranzistor\u016f dos\u00e1hneme pomoc\u00ed p\u0159ep\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed dvojice vinut\u00ed na transform\u00e1toru.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zdroj bude \u0159\u00edzen osmibitov\u00fdm procesorem \u0159ady ATmega. Budou pou\u017eity 16-ti bitov\u00e9 extern\u00ed AD a DA p\u0159evodn\u00edky. V n\u011bkter\u00fdch zapojen\u00edch, dostupn\u00fdch na internetu, je regula\u010dn\u00ed smy\u010dka nap\u011bt\u00ed a proudu realizov\u00e1na procesorem. Ten mus\u00ed m\u00edt velk\u00fd v\u00fdkon, aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 dos\u00e1hnout rychl\u00e9 reakce na zm\u011bnu z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee. V na\u0161em zapojen\u00ed bude regulace \u0159e\u0161ena opera\u010dn\u00edmi zesilova\u010di, AD p\u0159evodn\u00edky budou pou\u017eity pouze pro m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Analogov\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st zdroje bude sestavena z precizn\u00edch opera\u010dn\u00edch zesilova\u010d\u016f, nebude pou\u017eit hotov\u00fd regul\u00e1tor. Bude pou\u017eito takov\u00e9 zapojen\u00ed, aby bylo mo\u017eno regulovat v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed rozsah nap\u011bt\u00ed, ne\u017e je maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed nap\u00e1jec\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed OZ. To p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed nutnost m\u00edt pomocn\u00e9 vinut\u00ed na silov\u00e9m transform\u00e1toru. Pomocn\u00e9 vinut\u00ed bude nap\u00e1jet nejenom opera\u010dn\u00ed zesilova\u010de, ale i digit\u00e1ln\u00ed obvody a rel\u00e9, tak\u017ee tam stejn\u011b mus\u00ed b\u00fdt.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nyn\u00ed je n\u011bkolik mo\u017enost\u00ed jak sestavit \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed zdroje:<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">a) Jeden procesor na \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed desce s displejem a ovl\u00e1dac\u00edm panelem. Pokud maj\u00ed b\u00fdt dva zdroje galvanicky odd\u011blen\u00e9, je nutn\u00e9 galvanick\u00e9 odd\u011blen\u00ed AD a DA p\u0159evodn\u00edk\u016f, nebo pou\u017e\u00edt p\u0159evodn\u00edky kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed integrovan\u00e9 galvanick\u00e9 odd\u011blen\u00ed. Toto \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed klade velk\u00e9 n\u00e1roky na program procesoru. \u010casov\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 \u00fakoly, nap\u0159. tvorba st\u0159\u00eddav\u00e9ho nap\u011bt\u00ed programem procesoru bude obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 kombinovat s programem u\u017eivatelsk\u00e9ho rozhran\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstroje.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">b) Jeden procesor na \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed desce s displejem a ovl\u00e1dac\u00edm panelem. Galvanick\u00e9 odd\u011blen\u00ed jeho s\u00e9riov\u00e9 linky, kter\u00e1 komunikuje s po\u0159\u00edzen\u00fdmi procesory na analogov\u00fdch desk\u00e1ch zdroje. Cena dal\u0161\u00edho procesoru \u0159ady ATmega nen\u00ed moc velk\u00e1 a bude sta\u010dit dvojice opto\u010dlen\u016f pro ka\u017ed\u00fd zdroj. V\u00fdhodou je rozlo\u017een\u00ed programovan\u00e9 \u00falohy mezi n\u011bkolik procesor\u016f, kter\u00e9 nemus\u00ed m\u00edt velk\u00fd v\u00fdkon.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">c) Na ka\u017ed\u00e9 desce zdroje mikroprocesor v\u010detn\u011b p\u0159ipojen\u00ed displeje, rota\u010dn\u00edch kod\u00e9r\u016f a u\u017eivatelsk\u00e9ho rozhran\u00ed. Vlastn\u011b dva na sob\u011b nez\u00e1visl\u00e9 zdroje v jedn\u00e9 sk\u0159\u00ed\u0148ce. Toto \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed vy\u017eaduje p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho m\u00edsta na ovl\u00e1dac\u00edm panelu sk\u0159\u00ed\u0148ky a cena je zv\u00fd\u0161ena pot\u0159ebou dvojice displej\u016f, kter\u00e9 chceme ve fin\u00e1ln\u00ed verzi zdroje pou\u017e\u00edt barevn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zvolili jsme druhou mo\u017enost, tak\u017ee ve zdroji budou t\u0159i procesory na spole\u010dn\u00e9 s\u00e9riov\u00e9 lince. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 analogov\u00e1 deska bude osazena dvojic\u00ed opto\u010dlen\u016f, kter\u00e9 galvanicky odd\u011bl\u00ed oba zdroje i \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed desku navz\u00e1jem.
